Good design is not a one-size-fits all, off-the-shelf kind of product. Because your challenges + goals are unique to you, we follow this process from discovery to execution so that the final product is the best one for you.
PHASE 1
Discover
This phase is the critical first step to arriving at a good design solution. During this phase, our team will conduct a lot of research, schedule visioning sessions and workshops with you, take pages upon pages of notes, and start sketching some rough ideas. In this phase, we’ll ask you key questions to understand who your customers are, what problems they are experiencing, and how you differ from competitors.
PHASE 2
Ideate
Next, we take all of that research and start to distill it into tangible concepts and renderings. In this phase, you can expect to begin visualizing what the solution could look like, be shown a range of concepts for potential solutions, and choose the best concept to advance to the next phase.
PHASE 3
Develop
Now, we take the best concept and refine that solution further. This is where our pain-staking attention to detail takes over – no pixel, outlet or stone will be left unturned. In this phase, you can expect the final solution to be getting more and more real, a strong attention to all the details, and collaborative conversation, iteration + revisions to make it great.
PHASE 4
Execute
In this final phase, all our “behind the scenes” work becomes a reality! The final solution will be implemented out in the real world for you and others to see, read and experience. In this phase, you can expect to receive the final assets, go live with your improved website, break ground on your new building, or open the doors to your renovated store!
